I need help, I have a couple move in next door to me over 16years ago and my life in now a living hell. He was a high officer in security in the military. My house kept getting broken into. Christmas, tools, sheets , blankers , dishes and what was not stolen was destroyed. My yard out side was beautiful and not it is gone even the zoyia grass I had. if not stolen, it was sprayed and killed. it seems he knows ever move I make. I even quite my job 5 years ago to watch my home and it has gotten so bad. I put in camera's and all got burned out. I brought 4 more and you would not believe all the things on there. some nights the camera's are blinded. the whole yard is while light and can't even see my car or trees. other nights lights like lightening from side where his house is to the other side of yard . I have had water damage over 20 thous dollars, ins fixed , and 4 days later water damage again ove 20 thous. insurance company cancelled me on home. I worked out of town 4 days a week and home 3 days and vacations, and holidays. I have tried to catch them and can't. I have had heart pains and had test done and heart was ok . I'm have really bad headaches, eyes I wake up and the blood vessel broken and my eye is red with blood and takes over a week to heal. I have so many many stories to tell and sheriff dept won't even come out to make a report or help me. I am so very lost and don't know what else to do. lonely and alone with this!! can you help ?
